Do I have to buy a home from you to get your 3.9%
rate?
COM/CHOICE: No.
There are no restrictions, some of our clients move out of the area or into
Senior's Apt's, etc.
2. If
another company sells our home through MLS, how much do they get paid?
COM/CHOICE: Our
Policy is to pay another Realtor 2.5% selling commission. To date, we have never
paid less.
3. What
does COM/CHOICE mean?
COM/CHOICE:
The name COM/CHOICE is short form for Commission Choice. We can tailor make a
commission for any home or property.

Why does your Commission start at 3.9%?
COM/CHOICE:
We feel every home owner should have options, and we offer you that, and feel
you should be able to choose your Commission and Realtor.

Do other Realtors sell your listings?
COM/CHOICE: Yes.
We pay a Fair Selling Commission of 2.5%. Over 85% of our listings are sold by
other fine Realtors.

Should we ask 2 Realtor's opinions?
COM/CHOICE:
Absolutely! There are lots of good Realtors to choose from. Just make sure you
make us one of them and get our OPTIONS.
